Maintenance Day - 14/01/12
Hey all,
We had a massive turn out to our maintenance day on the 14th, with a total of 18 workers, and got some great work done. There's new jumps, berms, and a lot of Rock Armouring. The corner down near the end of Rollercat, with the large boulder in it, has been fixed, with the rock being removed, meaning you can now carry a lot of speed around it. Rock Armouring has been added to the "Great Wall" section of the Turkey Trail, which should make it a bit easier to climb. The Connection Trail had a lot of work done to it, with a few new jumps being added, and even our first log ride being added to the park.
The tracks are definitely on their way up, and with your help we can make them even better, so keep an eye on here (or Facebook, or Rotorburn.com) for when our next maintenance day is, and came along and help. It can only get better!
Thanks,
Joy Boy

Trail Maintentance
Where: Jubilee Park, Withcott end (Amos Rd).
When: Saturday 14/1/12
Time: 2.00pm
Tools Requried: brushcutters, rakes, shovels and just general tools to up clean up the trails. If you dont have any tools the club has a selection that will be there on the day.
The plan will be to meet at the Gazebo at the bottom of the MacKenzie Frenzy & start of Rollercat. See what sort of a turn out we get, then split up into groups to attack a few different tasks around the trails. Don't worry if you are a bit late, just keep an ear out for the brushcutters etc.

Hey everyone,
We will have a trail maintainence day on the 14/1/12. Post up what time will suit you and a time will be confirmed closer to the date. 8am or 3pm are the times we normally go off so if you can make at either of these times that would be good.
We will need brushcutters, rakes, shovels and just general tools to up clean up the trails.

Club Meeting and Christmas Drinks - 20/12/11
Hey everyone,
Seeing as we missed the club Christmas party and need to discuss a few ideas before the new year, Jason and I thought it would be a good idea to have a meeting at the Spotted Cow next Tuesday night starting at 6:30pm.
We will discuss the club calendar and also the the the club championship points that has been talked about a few times in the past.
Hope to see a few people there.
Cheers
Jiel
